💼Current Job Vacancies – Ajira Mpya 2026

We are actively recruiting for the following positions. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply:

👨‍🏫1. Safari Guides

Role: Lead clients on game drives, provide expert wildlife and cultural commentary, ensure guest safety and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• ✅ Valid Tanzania Tourist Driver/Guide License
• ✅ At least 2 years guiding experience in Tanzanian parks
• ✅ Fluent English; additional languages a plus
• ✅ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• ✅ Strong knowledge of flora, fauna, and local cultures

👤2. Tour Coordinators

Role: Manage safari bookings, coordinate logistics, liaise with clients and service providers, and ensure seamless tour delivery.

Requirements:

• ✅ Diploma or degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields
• ✅ Proven experience in tour operations and customer service
• ✅ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• ✅ Good command of English and Kiswahili

🚗3. Drivers
