Day 2: Londorossi Gate to Mti Mkubwa Campsite
The real adventure kicks off today. After a scenic three-hour drive to Londorossi Park Gate, you switch to a sturdy 4WD vehicle that leads you through the forest track to the Lemosho Glades. From there, you embark on a climb through the enchanting rainforest trails, eventually reaching the Mti Mkubwa Campsite. The stunning surroundings set the tone for the days ahead.

Day 3: Mti Mkubwa Campsite to Shira Campsite
As you leave the forest behind, the landscape changes dramatically. The trail becomes steeper, and the sparse trees reveal magnificent views from the Shira Ridge. Crossing streams and forging ahead, you arrive at the Shira Campsite, surrounded by breathtaking scenery.

Day 4: Shira Campsite to Shira Camp 2
Today's climb leads you through the moorland heather and across the plateau. Passing Shira Camp 2, you join the Northern Circuit trail, where you'll witness the captivating "Garden of the Senecios" before transitioning to the high alpine desert. Nature's grandeur continues to unfold around you

Day 5: Shira Camp 2 to Buffalo Camp
The track may be steeper today as you circle the north slopes of Kibo, giving you the chance to climb up Little Lent Hill for even more awe-inspiring vistas. The journey leads you to Buffalo Camp, where you spend the night, preparing for the adventure ahead.

Day 6: Buffalo Camp to Rongai Third Cave Camp

The most significant day has arrived. At midnight, you begin the steep ascent up Kibo. As the sky lightens, you are rewarded with breathtaking views of Mawenzi Peak. Reaching the top of Uhuru Peak at sunrise is a momentous achievement, and the sense of accomplishment fills your heart as you start your descent to Millennium Camp
