Book a 10-day premium senior Kenya safari through Samburu, Lake Nakuru, Maasai Mara, Lake Naivasha and Amboseli.
Our 10-Day Premium Gentle Kenya Northern Wildlife & Lakes Journey is designed for mature travellers who prefer private transport, careful driving, clear organisation and premium accommodation. Samburu introduces rare northern wildlife, elephants and dryland landscapes, while Lake Nakuru provides rhinos, giraffes and lakeshore scenery. Two complete days in the Maasai Mara allow guests to enjoy lions, elephants, giraffes, buffaloes and plains wildlife without depending on one rushed game drive. Lake Naivasha offers a gentle freshwater break before the journey continues to Amboseli for elephant families, wetlands and possible Mount Kilimanjaro views. The private vehicle provides greater flexibility with comfort stops and daily pacing, although several road transfers remain long. Mobility, dietary, back and medical requirements should be shared before booking so suitable rooms and assistance can be requested.

N.B: After you send your booking we will get back to you with in 24 hours.
1. Is the itinerary suitable for travellers over 65?
Age alone does not prevent participation, but travellers should consider their health and comfort with long road transfers. Several days involve substantial time inside the vehicle. The private arrangement allows planned comfort stops and reasonable pacing adjustments. Mobility, back and medical concerns must be disclosed before booking. Travellers should consult their doctor when uncertain about participation
2. Can accessible rooms be arranged?
Some premium lodges provide ground-floor rooms, reduced-step access or accommodation near restaurants. Availability depends on the selected property and travel dates. Exact mobility requirements should be explained clearly before confirmation. Fully wheelchair-accessible facilities cannot be assumed. The final room arrangement will be based on available suitable options.
3. Can the guide assist with luggage and vehicle entry?
The guide and lodge staff can assist with standard luggage and normal vehicle entry. Guests should avoid very heavy bags requiring specialised lifting. Safari vehicles may have high steps, so a portable step may be requested. Travellers requiring physical lifting should be accompanied by a caregiver. Assistance requirements must be discussed before travel.
4. Are reserve roads uncomfortable?
Some game-drive tracks may be uneven, dusty, muddy or rocky. The guide will drive carefully, but all movement cannot be removed. Guests with serious back, neck or joint concerns should share the information before booking. A fly-in itinerary may reduce some road travel but will not remove reserve tracks. Comfort and health should be considered when selecting the safari.
5. Can dietary and medical needs be accommodated?
Most premium lodges can manage common dietary requests when informed early. Serious allergies, medical diets and food intolerances should be provided in writing. Essential medication should remain with the traveller rather than inside checked luggage. Guests should bring enough medicine for the complete journey. Advanced medical treatment may require transfer outside the reserves.
