RELATED FAQS ABOUT 2 Days Classic Kenya Wildlife Safari with Midrange Mara Stay

    5. What is considered midrange accommodation?

Midrange accommodation generally provides a private room or tent, proper bedding, bathroom facilities, meals and a higher level of comfort than basic camping.

    4. Are national reserve fees included?

Inclusion depends on the selected quotation. Always check that reserve entry fees, accommodation, transport, meals and government taxes are clearly listed before payment.

    3. What type of safari vehicle is used?

The safari may operate in a customized 4x4 vehicle or safari van, depending on the confirmed arrangement. The exact vehicle type should be stated in your quotation.

    1. Is it possible to see the Big Five in two days?

Maasai Mara supports all members of the Big Five, but sightings depend on wildlife movement, weather and luck. No responsible safari operator can guarantee every species.

    2. How long is the drive from Nairobi to Maasai Mara?

The journey commonly takes several hours, depending on traffic, road conditions, the reserve entrance and the location of your accommodation.

    6. Can a solo traveller book this wildlife safari?

Yes. Solo travellers can request a private tour or ask about an available shared departure. A single-room or private-vehicle supplement may apply.

    7. What should I pack for two days?

Bring light clothing, a warm layer, sun protection, closed shoes, binoculars, a camera, personal medication and a small soft-sided overnight bag.

    8. Is travel insurance necessary?

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended. It should cover medical treatment, emergency evacuation, cancellation, delayed luggage and other unexpected disruptions.

    9. Should guests tip the safari guide?

Tipping is optional but appreciated when you are satisfied with the service. The amount should reflect your experience, group size and personal preference.

    10. Can the safari continue to another destination instead of Nairobi?

Yes. Extensions to Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha, Amboseli or Tanzania may be arranged. The route, timing and additional cost must be confirmed separately.
