2 Days Gentle Luxury Safari to Lake Nakuru

Our guide will meet you at your Nairobi hotel or residence at approximately 7:30 a.m. and assist with luggage and vehicle boarding. The 160-kilometre journey to Lake Nakuru generally takes three and a half to four hours, with additional time available for a comfortable restroom or refreshment stop. On arrival, you will check into your luxury lodge and enjoy an unhurried lunch. A suitable period is reserved for rest before the afternoon game drive begins at approximately 3:30 p.m. Our guide will maintain a gentle pace through the park while searching for rhinos, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, waterbucks, baboons and birds. You will return to the lodge before or around sunset for refreshments, dinner and a peaceful overnight stay.

You may wake at approximately 6:00 a.m. and have tea or coffee before leaving for a morning wildlife drive at around 6:30 a.m. The private vehicle allows you to request brief pauses, seating adjustments or an earlier return whenever necessary. Our guide will select suitable viewing areas and avoid unnecessary rushing while interpreting the wildlife and scenery. After approximately two and a half to three hours, you will return for breakfast and have enough time to prepare before checking out at around 10:30 a.m. The road journey back to Nairobi includes a comfortable lunch or refreshment stop. Arrival is expected between 3:30 and 5:30 p.m., followed by assisted drop-off at your hotel, residence or airport when the onward schedule is suitable.
