Day 2: Morning Photographic Game Drive – Return to Nairobi

Morning Photographic Game Drive – Return to Nairobi

You will wake at approximately 5:45 a.m. and enjoy tea or coffee before entering the park at around 6:15 a.m. The cooler morning hours offer gentle light and a good chance of observing animals before the park becomes warmer. Our guide will explore woodland, open grassland, lakeshore viewpoints and rocky areas while allowing reasonable time for photography. You may encounter white or black rhinos, Rothschild’s giraffes, waterbucks, buffaloes, zebras, lions and numerous bird species, although every sighting remains natural and cannot be guaranteed. After approximately three hours in the park, you will return for a relaxed breakfast, freshen up and check out at around 10:30 a.m. The return drive to Nairobi includes a lunch stop, with arrival generally between 3:00 and 5:00 p.m. Drop-off can be arranged at a Nairobi hotel, residence or the airport when flight timing allows.
