2 Days Luxury Maasai Mara Photography Safari

Our safari driver-guide will collect you from your Nairobi hotel, residence or the airport before beginning the scenic drive toward the Maasai Mara National Reserve. Along the way, you will pass the dramatic Great Rift Valley escarpment, productive highlands and traditional rural settlements before arriving at your luxury lodge or tented camp. After check-in and lunch, you will have time to relax before starting your first afternoon photography game drive. The soft afternoon light creates beautiful conditions for photographing elephants, giraffes, antelopes, zebras, lions and the Mara’s wide golden plains. Our guide will help position the safari vehicle carefully for clear views and memorable photographs before you return to the lodge for dinner and a relaxing evening.

You will begin the day with an early morning game drive when the reserve is peaceful and predators are often still active. This is one of the best periods for photographing lions, cheetahs, hyenas, elephants and other wildlife in gentle natural light. You may also capture sunrise views across the open plains, wildlife silhouettes and birds beginning their morning activity. After the game drive, you will return to the lodge for breakfast, check out and begin the journey back to Nairobi. Lunch will be provided along the way, and our driver-guide will drop you at your Nairobi hotel, private residence or the airport, marking the end of your luxury Maasai Mara photography safari.
