Book a 2-day midrange Maasai Mara family safari from Nairobi with comfortable lodging, guided wildlife drives and memorable activities for all ages.
Share an exciting family adventure on this 2-day midrange Maasai Mara family safari from Nairobi. Our safari combines comfortable accommodation, scenic travel and well-timed game drives where children and adults can search for lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras and other African wildlife. Our friendly guide will make the experience educational and enjoyable while allowing your family time to photograph animals, ask questions and appreciate the beauty of the Maasai Mara together.
Our guide will collect your family from your Nairobi hotel or another agreed location and begin the scenic drive toward Maasai Mara National Reserve. Comfortable stops can be made during the journey, particularly when travelling with younger children. After arriving at your midrange family-friendly lodge or tented camp, you will check in, have lunch and rest before the afternoon game drive. Our Maasai Mara family safari then enters the reserve to search for lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes and antelopes. Our guide will explain the animals and their behaviour in simple, interesting language, allowing both children and adults to learn while enjoying the adventure. You will return to your accommodation before dinner for a relaxing family evening.
You will begin the second day with an early game drive when the reserve is peaceful and many animals are active. During our midrange family safari, you will explore different areas while our guide searches for predators, grazing herds, colourful birds and smaller animals that are easily overlooked. Children can learn about animal tracks, habitats and how wildlife survives in the savannah while the family captures photographs and enjoys the open scenery. After the morning drive, you will return for breakfast or have a packed meal according to the day’s schedule. Our safari will then leave Maasai Mara and travel back to Nairobi, where your guide will drop you off at your hotel or agreed location.
