Private Couple’s Departure

At approximately 7:30 a.m. in Nairobi, our tour driver will collect you from your hotel, private residence or airport. Your private journey to Lake Nakuru covers around 160–175 kilometres and takes approximately 3.5–4 hours. You may pause at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint for couple’s photographs and refreshments.

Romantic Lodge Welcome

At approximately 12:00 p.m. in the Lake Nakuru area, you will arrive at your premium lodge or luxury camp for check-in. You will enjoy lunch at around 12:30 p.m. and have time to relax together before the game drive. A romantic room arrangement or special celebration can be requested in advance, subject to the selected property’s services.

Private Afternoon Safari

At around 3:00 p.m. inside Lake Nakuru National Park, our guide will lead your private afternoon game drive. You will explore lakeshore and woodland areas while searching for rhinos, giraffes, buffaloes, lions and flamingos. At approximately 6:00 p.m., you will return to your lodge for dinner and a peaceful evening together.

Romantic Morning Game Drive

At approximately 6:00 a.m. inside Lake Nakuru National Park, you will begin a quiet sunrise safari in the soft morning light. Our guide will look for active wildlife while allowing you time to enjoy the scenery and photograph memorable moments together. The early hours can be particularly rewarding for rhinos, giraffes, antelopes and birds.

Breakfast and Leisurely Check-Out

At around 8:30 a.m. at your premium lodge, you will return for breakfast and some private relaxation time. Check-out is planned for approximately 10:00 a.m., although the exact time may depend on the accommodation’s policy. Our tour driver will assist with your luggage before departure.

Rift Valley Return Journey

At approximately 10:30 a.m. from Lake Nakuru, you will begin the 160–175-kilometre return journey to Nairobi. The drive takes around 3.5–4 hours and can include an optional lunch stop. You will normally reach your Nairobi hotel, residence or airport between 3:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.
