Nairobi Road Departure

At approximately 7:00 a.m. in Nairobi, our tour driver will collect you from your hotel, residence or airport. The 160–175-kilometre drive takes around 3.5–4 hours, with a short stop at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint for photographs and refreshments.

Lodge Arrival and Lunch

At approximately 11:30 a.m. in the Lake Nakuru area, you will check in at your premium lodge or luxury camp. Lunch is served at around 12:30 p.m., followed by a short relaxation period before the afternoon safari.

Afternoon Game Drive

At approximately 3:00 p.m. inside Lake Nakuru National Park, you will explore lakeshore, woodland and grassland areas while searching for rhinos, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras and birds. You will return to the lodge at around 6:00 p.m. for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Lake Nakuru to Nairobi

Sunrise Wildlife Drive

At approximately 6:00 a.m. inside Lake Nakuru National Park, you will begin your morning game drive while wildlife is active and the light is ideal for photography. Our guide will visit productive areas for rhinos, giraffes, antelopes and possible predators.

Breakfast and Check-Out

At around 8:30 a.m. at your lodge, you will enjoy breakfast and prepare for departure. Check-out is scheduled for approximately 10:00 a.m., with our driver assisting with your luggage.

Drive Back to Nairobi

At approximately 10:30 a.m. from Lake Nakuru, you will begin the road journey back to Nairobi. A lunch or comfort stop can be arranged before drop-off at your Nairobi hotel, residence or airport between approximately 3:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.
