This 2-day Premium Senior drive-in drive-out safari offers a thoughtfully paced Lake Nakuru experience for older travellers who appreciate comfort, personal assistance and manageable travel. The 160–175-kilometre road journey from Nairobi normally takes 3.5–4 hours each way, with suitable comfort and refreshment stops arranged when needed. The package includes premium accommodation, an afternoon game drive and a flexible early-morning wildlife experience before returning to Nairobi. Our driver-guide allows adequate time for vehicle entry, photography, meals and relaxation while searching for rhinos, Rothschild’s giraffes, buffaloes, zebras and abundant birds. Comfortable Nairobi Departure
At approximately 7:30 a.m. in Nairobi, our tour driver will collect you from your confirmed hotel, residence or airport. The 3.5–4-hour road journey includes comfort stops and an optional Great Rift Valley viewpoint visit.
Relaxed Lodge Arrival
At approximately 12:00 p.m. in the Lake Nakuru area, you will check in at your premium lodge with assistance for your luggage. Lunch is served at around 12:30 p.m., followed by sufficient time to rest before the game drive.
Gentle Afternoon Safari
At approximately 3:00 p.m. inside Lake Nakuru National Park, your guide will lead a relaxed wildlife drive through accessible viewing areas. You will search for rhinos, giraffes, buffaloes and birds before returning to the lodge at around 5:30–6:00 p.m.
Flexible Morning Wildlife Drive
At approximately 6:30 a.m. inside Lake Nakuru National Park, you may join a morning game drive focused on active wildlife and quiet scenery. The starting time and duration can be adjusted reasonably to suit the guests’ comfort and the agreed itinerary.
Breakfast and Assisted Check-Out
At around 8:30 a.m. at the lodge, you will enjoy breakfast without rushing. Check-out is planned for approximately 10:00 a.m., and our tour driver will assist with luggage and vehicle boarding.
Easy Return to Nairobi
At approximately 10:30 a.m. from Lake Nakuru, you will begin the return drive with planned comfort and lunch stops. Drop-off at your Nairobi hotel, residence or airport is expected between approximately 3:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.
