The private road journey covers approximately 260–280 kilometres and normally takes five and a half to six and a half hours, with scheduled comfort stops arranged according to individual needs. You will stay at a premium lodge or luxury tented camp selected for service, accessibility and relaxation. The itinerary includes an afternoon game drive and a cooler morning safari, but reasonable timing adjustments may be made when guests require additional preparation or rest. Our guide will search for lions, elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest and birdlife while avoiding an unnecessarily rushed driving style. Assistance with standard luggage, lodge check-in and vehicle entry can be provided. Mobility, dietary or medical requirements should be shared before booking.

Day 1: Comfortable Nairobi to Maasai Mara Journey

Assisted Nairobi Departure

At approximately 5:45 AM, our driver-guide will meet you at your Nairobi accommodation and assist with standard luggage and comfortable seating. You will then begin the private road journey toward the Maasai Mara.

Relaxed Rift Valley Transfer

Between 6:15 AM and 12:00 PM, you will travel through the Great Rift Valley and Narok with a planned breakfast or comfort stop. Our driver will maintain a smooth pace and allow an additional short stop when genuinely required.

Premium Lodge and Gentle Safari

At around 12:30 PM, you will check into your premium accommodation, enjoy lunch and rest. From approximately 3:45 PM to 6:15 PM, our guide will explore accessible wildlife areas without rushing over uneven tracks.

Day 2: Morning Wildlife and Comfortable Return

Gentle Morning Game Drive

At around 6:30 AM, you will enter the reserve for a cooler morning safari. The slightly later start provides additional preparation time while maintaining good wildlife-viewing conditions.

Breakfast and Unhurried Check-Out

At approximately 9:30 AM, you will return for breakfast and organise medication, personal belongings and luggage. From around 10:45 AM, you will travel back to Nairobi with a scheduled comfort and meal stop.
