The first day focuses on the diverse groundwater forest and alkaline lake at Manyara for bird and primate shots. After an overnight stay in Karatu, you spend the second day capturing the vast landscapes and dense wildlife on the Ngorongoro Crater floor. This 2-day timeframe is carefully designed to use the best lighting during the golden hours in both locations.

Each vehicle is equipped with internal charging ports and power inverters to ensure your camera batteries never run out. We provide sturdy sandbags and beanbags to help stabilize your long lenses while tracking moving predators. A versatile zoom lens like a 100-400mm or 200-600mm is ideal for capturing distant wildlife and bird details. We recommend bringing dust covers for your equipment as the tracks can become quite dry during the game drives.
