Book a 3-day Kenya wildlife safari with midrange Amboseli lodges, guided game drives, elephant encounters and Mount Kilimanjaro scenery.
Experience the wildlife and scenery of southern Kenya on this 3-day Amboseli safari with midrange lodge accommodation. Travelling from Nairobi, you will join our guide for afternoon, full-day and morning game drives through landscapes known for large elephant herds, wetland wildlife and views of Mount Kilimanjaro. After each day’s exploration, you will return to a comfortable lodge or tented camp offering private sleeping facilities, meals and a relaxing base near the park.
Our guide will collect you from Nairobi and begin the overland journey toward Amboseli National Park. You will pass through changing countryside before reaching your selected midrange lodge or tented camp, where you will check in and enjoy lunch. In the afternoon, our Kenya wildlife safari enters Amboseli for its first game drive. You will search for elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, wildebeests and predators across the park’s open landscapes. Our guide will explain animal behaviour and select productive wildlife areas while you enjoy the scenery. You will return to your accommodation for dinner, relaxation and overnight.
After an early breakfast, you will depart for a full day of wildlife exploration. Our guide will search the plains, acacia woodland and marshes for Amboseli’s elephants, hippos, buffaloes, giraffes, antelopes, birds and elusive predators. Mount Kilimanjaro may provide an impressive background when weather conditions are clear. You will enjoy a picnic or arranged lunch at an approved location, reducing the need to leave the park during the most productive hours. Our safari continues through the afternoon, allowing time to observe animal behaviour and photograph contrasting habitats before returning to your midrange lodge for dinner.
You will begin the final day with a morning game drive when wildlife is active and temperatures are cooler. Our guide will revisit productive locations and search for species you may not have encountered during the previous drives. You will have another opportunity to see elephants crossing the plains, birds feeding near the wetlands and Mount Kilimanjaro emerging above the horizon. After the game drive, you will return to the lodge for breakfast and check out. Our 3-day Kenya wildlife safari will then travel back to Nairobi for drop-off at your hotel or agreed destination.
