Day 1: Nairobi to Amboseli – New Year Afternoon Game Drive

Our guide will meet you in Nairobi and begin your New Year journey toward Amboseli National Park. You will travel through the countryside before arriving at your selected midrange lodge or tented camp for check-in and lunch. In the afternoon, our New Year safari enters Amboseli to search for elephant herds, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, antelopes and possible predators. You will enjoy the warm evening colours and photograph the park’s landscapes as one year ends or another begins, depending on your chosen departure date. Later, you will return to the accommodation for dinner and any New Year program confirmed by the property.

Day 2: Full-Day New Year Amboseli Wildlife Experience

You will begin the day with an early breakfast or arranged departure into Amboseli National Park. Our guide will explore open plains, acacia woodland and wetland habitats while following wildlife movement throughout the day. Elephant families may gather near the marshes, while buffaloes, hippos, giraffes, antelopes and numerous birds add variety to the experience. Mount Kilimanjaro may become visible when the sky is clear, creating a magnificent setting for your first safari photographs of the year. After a picnic or arranged lunch, our safari continues through the afternoon before returning to your midrange accommodation.

Day 3: Amboseli New Year Morning Safari – Return to Nairobi

Your final day begins with a morning game drive through the quiet Amboseli landscape. The peaceful setting provides a refreshing way to reflect on the past year and begin the next with new experiences. After the game drive, you will return for breakfast and check out. Our New Year package then travels back to Nairobi for drop-off at your hotel, residence or another agreed location.
