Welcome the year on a 3-day premium Samburu New Year wilderness celebration with private drives, luxury lodging and rare wildlife.
Our 3-Day Premium Samburu New Year Wilderness Celebration offers a memorable way to close one year or begin the next in Kenya’s rugged northern wilderness. You will travel approximately 320 kilometres from Nairobi in a private safari vehicle, with the transfer normally taking six to seven hours depending on festive traffic, road conditions and stops. After arriving at your premium lodge or luxury tented camp, you will enjoy lunch and an afternoon game drive. Day 2 includes separate morning and afternoon safaris, allowing you to enjoy the lodge and any confirmed New Year programme during the midday hours. Your final morning includes another wildlife drive before breakfast and the return to Nairobi. Possible sightings include elephants, lions, leopards, Grevy’s zebras, reticulated giraffes, gerenuks, Beisa oryx and Somali ostriches. Special dinners, decorations, music or countdown activities depend on the selected lodge.
