Our guide will collect you in Nairobi to begin your private honeymoon safari through Kenya’s changing landscapes. As you travel north, you will pass agricultural highlands, small towns and the dramatic scenery around Isiolo before entering Samburu. After lunch and check-in at your midrange lodge or tented camp, you will enjoy your first afternoon game drive together. The journey offers a romantic introduction to the wilderness as you watch elephants, giraffes and antelopes against the warm colours of the Samburu sunset.

You will wake to the peaceful sounds of the wilderness before joining our guide for an early honeymoon safari game drive. The morning is ideal for searching for lions, leopards, elephants and Samburu’s rare northern species. After breakfast, you will return to your lodge for time to relax together, enjoy the surroundings or arrange a private honeymoon experience. Later, your safari continues with an afternoon drive along the Ewaso Nyiro River, where wildlife gathers as the temperature becomes cooler.

Your day starts with a final morning game drive in Samburu, offering another chance to share beautiful wildlife moments before breakfast. Our honeymoon journey will then continue towards Nanyuki, with views of rural Kenya and, when the weather is clear, the Mount Kenya region. Upon arrival at Ol Pejeta, you will check into your midrange accommodation and enjoy a relaxed evening. A private dinner arrangement or romantic room decoration may be requested in advance, subject to lodge availability.

After breakfast, you will enjoy a shared wildlife experience through Ol Pejeta Conservancy. Our guide will help you search for rhinos, elephants, buffaloes, lions and other animals while explaining the conservancy’s protection programmes. Your honeymoon safari may also pass through the chimpanzee sanctuary area, subject to access. After your final game drive, you will travel back to Nairobi with photographs and memories from your romantic four-day adventure.
