N.B: After you send your booking we will get back to you with in 24 hours.
1. What is the main benefit of a "Drive-In Fly-Out" itinerary?
It allows you to experience the scenic transition through the Rift Valley and Ngorongoro by road, but saves you 8 hours of dusty driving on the return leg by using a 45-minute executive flight.
2. Do we use the same vehicle for the entire 4-day trip?
Yes. Your private luxury 4x4 stays with you from Arusha through the parks, and once you board your flight, the vehicle returns empty or meets the next group.
3. What is the weight limit for the "Fly-Out" portion?
Standard bush flights have a limit of 15kg to 20kg in soft-sided bags. For our luxury clients, we can arrange private charters with higher capacity if needed.
4. Where does the "Fly-Out" typically start?
Usually from the Seronera or Kogatende airstrips in the heart of the Serengeti, landing directly at Arusha Airport or Kilimanjaro International (JRO).
5. Is the drive to the Serengeti too long?
On a 4-day luxury trip, we break the drive with a night at the Ngorongoro Crater rim. This ensures the "Drive-In" part is scenic and full of wildlife, not just transit.
6. Can we see the Great Rift Valley better by road or air?
Both! By road, you feel the scale of the escarpment at Lake Manyara; by air, you see the breathtaking geometric patterns of the valley floor.
7. What kind of refreshments are in the car for the "Drive-In" phase?
phase? The vehicle is a mobile lounge, featuring a fridge with chilled sparkling water, local artisanal juices, and premium Tanzanian coffee.
8. Are the airstrips safe for luxury bush planes?
Absolutely. Tanzania’s bush airstrips are well-maintained. We only use reputable executive airlines like Regional Air or Coastal Aviation for our "Fly-Out" guests.
9. Does the "Fly-Out" provide good photo opportunities?
It is the ultimate "Aerial Safari." You will get stunning top-down shots of the Serengeti plains, volcanic craters, and often, large herds of elephants or buffalo.
10. How do we handle large suitcases if we fly out?
If you have excess luggage not needed for the safari, we provide a Luxury Valet Service that transports your main bags safely by road back to your departure hotel.
