5 Days Educational Kenya Student Tour from Nairobi to Mara and Nakuru

Our guide will meet the student group in Nairobi and provide a short briefing covering safety, responsible tourism and the learning objectives of the trip. During the drive, students will observe the changing landforms of the Great Rift Valley and discuss agriculture, settlements and land use. After reaching the midrange accommodation, the Kenya student tour begins with an afternoon game drive introducing savannah wildlife and habitat relationships.

Students will leave after breakfast with packed lunches for a full-day learning experience. Our guide will explain food chains, animal adaptation, territorial behaviour and the ecological importance of herbivores and predators. The group may observe lions, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, wildebeests, zebras and birds. Students can take notes, ask questions and complete prepared wildlife observation activities during the Kenya student tour.

The second full day allows students to study a wider range of wildlife behaviour and habitats. Our guide may focus on migration corridors, river ecosystems, scavengers, nesting birds or human-wildlife conservation issues. The group will enjoy a picnic lunch at an approved site before continuing the field programme. Your Kenya student tour will encourage students to connect classroom knowledge with real observations.

After breakfast, students will travel towards Lake Nakuru while discussing tourism, agriculture, population growth and conservation within the Rift Valley. When accommodation is inside the national park and the group arrives on time, students may join an afternoon drive. Groups staying outside the park will settle into their midrange accommodation and begin the main Lake Nakuru activity the next morning.

After the educational game drive, the Kenya student tour concludes with a return to Nairobi.
