Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire (Full Day Tour)
The journey starts with a 2 to 3 hour drive to Tarangire National Park. This park is famous for its large elephant herds and giant baobab trees. Your team will spend the day on a game drive along the Tarangire River, which is a great setting for informal discussions. You might see lions resting in the shade or zebras gathering at the water. This area is known for its high density of leopards and lions. A surprising highlight might be spotting a cheetah hidden in the tall grass near the road. The evening is perfect for a corporate campfire session under the stars.

The drive takes about 5 hours as you cross the vast plains. You will spend the afternoon observing the massive columns of animals moving across the landscape. You might experience the powerful sound of thousands of hooves hitting the ground, which is a grounding experience for any professional group. Dinner will be served at a northern lodge.

Day 5: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater (half day tour) to Arusha
You will leave early for a 3 hour drive to the Ngorongoro Crater. The group will descend into the caldera for a half day tour. This is the best place to find the rare black rhino to complete your Big Five sightings. After a lunch break at the hippo pool, you will begin the 4 hour drive back to Arusha. A highlight of the day is the breathtaking view from the crater rim, which provides a perfect backdrop for a group farewell photo. You will arrive in Arusha in the late evening.
