Your journey starts at Kilimanjaro International Airport where a driver will meet you for a transfer to your hotel in Arusha. The drive takes about one hour and offers views of the surrounding coffee plantations. This day is for resting and preparing for your 5-day green season safari adventure. Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire (Full Day Tour)

The safari begins with a drive to Tarangire National Park, which takes about 2 to 3 hours over 120 kilometers. In the green season, Tarangire is incredibly lush and the giant baobab trees are covered in leaves. You will spend the full day on a game drive along the Tarangire River.
