    We will be starting our ascent from the Rongai Gate. We will be picked up from our hotel in Moshi at 8:30 AM and then transferred to the Rongai Gate. The Rongai Route is known for its picturesque views of the surrounding countryside, including lush green fields of potatoes and corn. As we begin our climb, we will pass through small villages and pine forests, taking in the beauty of the African landscape. Our first camp, located at an altitude of 8,695 feet, is situated on the edge of the moorland zone. It is a great place to acclimate to the high altitude and take in the stunning views of the surrounding landscape. We will spend the night here, resting and preparing ourselves for the challenges ahead. Our experienced guides will be with us every step of the way, providing guidance and support as we climb towards the summit of Kilimanjaro.     Day 2: SIMBA CAMP- SECOND CAVE CAMP

    We will be continuing our ascent from our second camp at an altitude of 11,319 feet to our third camp at an altitude of 15,463 feet. The path we will be taking is a steady ascent across open grasslands, which are known for attracting a variety of wildlife, including elephants, zebras, and gazelles. As we walk, we will be surrounded by the beauty of the African landscape, taking in the rolling hills and vast plains that stretch out before us. Our third camp, located at an altitude of 15,463 feet, is a place of great beauty and stunning views. From this vantage point, we can see out over the Ambos Eli and Tsavo parks in Kenya, taking in the stunning scenery and feeling truly immersed in the natural world.

    We will continue our ascent to our fourth camp, with a gentle gradient that allows us to take in the breath-taking views of Kibo and the eastern ice fields on the crater rim. This section of the trail takes approximately three to four hours, and we will be well-prepared for the challenges ahead, thanks to the steady pace and minimal difficulty of the Rongai Route.

    We will make our final ascent to Kibo Hut, which takes about four to five hours. The trail crosses the saddle between Mawenzi and Kibo, and we will be able to take in the stunning views of the surrounding landscape as we make our way towards the summit. The remainder of this day is devoted to rest and recreation, in preparation for our attempt on the summit, which starts around midnight. With our experienced guides by our side, we are confident that we will reach the summit of Kilimanjaro and stand on the roof of Africa.

    Day 5: KIBO HUT- SUMMIT – HOROMBO HUT

    We will be making the final ascent to the summit of the mountain, which is located at an altitude of 19,341 feet. This stage of the climb is much more difficult, and Climbers will need to carry as little as possible in order to make the ascent. The path that we will be taking is flanked by the Ratzel and Rebman glaciers, and we will climb for about six hours before reaching the edge of the crater between Stella and Hans Meyer points. The track around the edge of the crater is icy and rocky, and it is important to concentrate on our feet and follow our guide very closely for this section of the climb. Once we reach the summit, we will be able to enjoy a sense of achievement as we watch the rising sun reflect off Kilimanjaro's ice-caps and glaciers. From the summit, we will then trek down to Kibo Hut for a well-deserved breakfast before continuing down to our final night on the mountain at Horombo Hut.

    Day 6: HOROMBO HUT – MARANGU GATE

    As we descend from Horombo Hut back to Marangu Gate. We will take time to appreciate the different flora and thick forest on this side of the mountain, and we will walk down to Marangu Gate to collect our certificates and say goodbye to our new mountain friends. From there, we will be driven to Moshi town, or Kilimanjaro Airport, depending on our individual travel plans.
