Day 1: Begin your Kilimanjaro Trekking at Marangu Gate to Mandara Hut

After breakfast, check out from your hotel and drive to Marangu Gate, which serves as the starting point for your climb. Register at the gate and begin your trek towards Mandara Hut. The hike takes approximately 3 to 4 hours, covering a distance of 11 kilometers and ascending from 1,900 meters to 2,720 meters. Along the way, enjoy the diverse vegetation and wildlife of the park.

Day 2: Leaving Mandara Hut to Horombo Hut Kilimanjaro adventure

Start early with breakfast and set off from Mandara Hut towards Horombo Hut. The trek covers a distance of 10 kilometers, taking approximately 5 to 6 hours. As you ascend to an altitude of 3,720 meters, you will be rewarded with stunning views of Kibo and Mawenzi peaks. Take breaks for lunch and appreciate the unique plant species along the trail. Arrive at Horombo Hut for dinner, relaxation, and overnight stay.

Day 3: Acclimatization Day at Horombo Hut

Use this day to adjust to the altitude and increase your chances of successfully reaching the summit. Explore the surrounding area, take photos, and rest before the next day's trek.

Day 4: Trekking from Horombo Hut to Kibo Hut

After breakfast, continue your trek from Horombo Hut to Kibo Hut. The hike covers a distance of 10 kilometers and takes 4 to 8 hours. Maintain an appropriate pace to conserve your energy for the summit. Arrive at Kibo Hut (4,700 meters) and have lunch. Rest and hydrate to prepare for the upcoming challenge.

Day 5: Summit day! Kibo Hut to Uhuru Peak to Horombo Hut

Start your ascent from Kibo Hut in the middle of the night to reach the summit of Uhuru Peak (5,895 meters). The trek is physically moderate but altitude poses a greater challenge. Each pair of climbers will be accompanied by their guide. After reaching the summit, you can descend to the nearest glacier if desired. Return to Kibo Camp for a short rest and then continue the descent to Horombo Hut (3,720 meters).

Day 6: Horombo Hut to Marangu Gate (Ending of Kilimanjaro Trekking)

After breakfast descends from Horombo Hut to Marangu Gate The trek covers a distance of 18 kilometers and takes 5 to 6 hours. Once you reach the gate, the group will gather to celebrate your achievement. You will receive your certificates and be transferred back to your hotel in Moshi.
