    After breakfast, you'll be transported to machame gate so as Start your Machame route climbing tour at Machame Gate (1490m). After registration you will begin your Kilimanjaro climbing tour passing through the rainforest, with muddy and slippery tracks. After few hours you will enjoy a lunch break halfway and reach Machame Camp (2980m) in the afternoon. Porters will have set up your tent and meals will be prepared.     Day 2: Machame Camp (2980m) to Shira Camp (3840m).

    Wake up early at Machame Camp and hike uphill through the forest. After about an hour, enter the moorland zone and continue for two hours. Take a quick lunch break and then climb a rough slope onto the Shira plateau. From there, you'll have a view of the Western Breach and its glaciers. Reach Shira Camp (3840m) after a short climb. The night will be even colder, so prepare for freezing temperatures.

    Day 3: Shira (3840m) to Lava Tower (4630m) to Barranco camp (3950m)

    Climbing time: 7 hours Distance: Approximately 15 km Habitat: Semi-desert After a 5-hour climb through a rocky semi-desert, you'll reach Lava Tower at 4630m. Lunch is provided before tackling the challenging scree trail to Lava Tower. Some climbers may experience symptoms like shortness of breath, irritability, and headaches at this high altitude so you have to climb slowly. After lunch, you will descend 680 meters to Barranco camp at 3950m, enjoying scenic views of the Western Breach and Breach Wall. Barranco camp offers a beautiful sunset view.

    Day 4: Barranco camp (3950m) to Barafu camp (4550m)

    Climbing time: 7 hours Distance: Approximately 13 km Habitat: Alpine desert Today you will climb from Barranco camp, you will climb the impressive Great Barranco Wall, which turns out to be easier than it appears. The path descends through the Karanga Valley and continues to the Mweka route. Remember that this is the preferred descent path from the peak. After about an hour, you will arrive at Barafu camp, situated at 4550m. Barafu Camp is a desolate and challenging camping spot without water. Take note of the terrain to avoid any mishaps before darkness falls. Prepare your equipment and warm gear for the summit attempt as you rest and sleep early.

    Day 5: Summit Attempt - Barafu Camp (4550m) to Uhuru Peak (5895m) to Mweka Camp (3100m)

    Climbing Time: 8 hours to reach Uhuru Peak, 7-8 hours to descend to Mweka Distance: Approximately 7 km ascent, 23 km descent Habitat: Stone scree and ice-capped summit You will wake up at 23:30 and begin your climb after tea and biscuits. The route will take you over challenging scree terrain towards Stella Point on the crater rim. This 6-hour climb is physically and emotionally demanding. After a short break at Stella Point (5685m), you will continue climbing for 2 hours to reach Uhuru Peak, where you may encounter snow. The time spent at the summit will depend on the weather. Returning to Barafu takes about 3 hours. After a brief rest and gathering your belongings, you will follow a relatively easy trail through moorland and woodland, with the possibility of mist or rain. Dinner and washing water will be provided at Mweka Camp.

    Day 6: Mweka Camp (3100m) to Mweka Gate (1980m)

    Climbing Time: 3 hours Distance: Approximately 15 km Habitat: Forest After a well-deserved breakfast, you will celebrate with your team through dancing and singing. You will provide feedback to the guides, assistant guides, chef(s), and porters. The descent to Mweka Gate takes about 3 hours. All climbers must sign their names at the gate to receive a certificate of completion from the National Park. Green certificates are awarded to those reaching Stella Point, while gold certificates are given to those reaching Uhuru Peak. After receiving the certificates, you will descend to Mweka village for an hour (3 kilometers) before enjoying a hearty lunch. From there, you will return to Moshi for your departure or continue with a Tanzania safari extension or relaxation in Zanzibar.
