After a brief rest, we'll push on to Uhuru Peak (5,895 meters). Then, we descend to Mweka Camp (3,100 meters) through the glacial and preceding zones.

    Day 6: FINALLY HIKE FROM MWEKA CAMP TO MWEKA GATE

    In the morning, we'll hike 9km in 3-5 hours down through the rainforest from Mweka Camp (3,100 meters) to Mweka Gate (1,640 meters). At the gate, you'll receive your Uhuru Peak certificate and have the chance to tip the hiking crew before being transported back to your hotel in Moshi or Arusha.
