Day 1: Moshi to Mandara Hut

After an early breakfast, we'll drive to the Marangu Gate, the starting point of your Kilimanjaro hike. Here, you'll register with the authorities and meet the rest of your hiking team, including porters and cooks. Reach Gilman's Point (5,681m/18,638ft) as the sun rises, a remarkable achievement and a prelude to Uhuru Peak. Push forward to Uhuru Peak (5,895m/19,341ft), standing atop the highest point in Africa, with emotions running high.
