    Our Kilimanjaro journey unfolds, we wake up to the sounds of birds chirping and the sun shining through the trees. We pack up our belongings and say goodbye to the stunning views of Kibo, knowing that we have a long descent ahead of us. The trek today is mostly downhill through the lush tropical rainforest, and we move at a comfortable pace, taking in the sights and sounds of the jungle around us. The air is cool and fresh, a welcome change from the arid highlands we left behind. As we near the end of our journey, we stop at the park headquarters at Marangu gate to collect our summit certificates. We are proud of what we have accomplished and the memories we have created. Finally, a vehicle arrives to take us back to the bustling city of Moshi, where we check into our hotel and take a well-deserved rest. We reflect our journey.
