6 Days Private Luxury Solo Safari Across Maasai Mara, Nakuru and Amboseli

Your dedicated driver-guide will collect you from Nairobi and begin the approximately 260–280-kilometre journey to the Maasai Mara, normally taking five to six hours. After breakfast, you will leave with a picnic lunch and explore approximately 60–100 kilometres over seven to nine hours. Because the vehicle is reserved exclusively for you, you will have full access to the windows and pop-up roof. You may remain longer with big cats, dedicate more time to photography, concentrate on birds or explore quieter areas of the reserve. Possible sightings include lions, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, wildebeest, zebras, hippos and crocodiles.

After breakfast and check-out, you will travel approximately 230–250 kilometres to Lake Nakuru over four and a half to six hours. The private journey passes rural communities, highland agriculture and Rift Valley scenery, with stops arranged according to your preferences. On arrival, you will check in at your luxury lodge, enjoy lunch or refreshments and spend the afternoon relaxing or photographing the property surroundings.

Your morning begins with a private three-to-four-hour Lake Nakuru drive covering approximately 25–50 kilometres. Possible attractions include rhinos, Rothschild’s giraffes, buffaloes, baboons, zebras and waterbirds. After lunch, you will begin the approximately 350–400-kilometre journey to Amboseli, normally taking seven to eight hours. Private meal, washroom and stretching stops will be arranged before arrival at your lodge.

You may prioritise elephant behaviour, photography, birds, predators or Mount Kilimanjaro landscapes according to your interests. Possible sightings include elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, lions, hyenas and wetland birds. A picnic lunch or lodge break will be arranged before the afternoon drive continues.
