The path takes you between two pristine rivers, their gentle murmur accompanying you on the ascent. We gradually gain elevation as we make our way towards the Umbwe Camp, nestled amidst the trees and undergrowth. At midnight, we begin the challenging and cold ascent to the summit. The journey to Uhuru Peak, the highest point in Africa, is an unforgettable experience. As dawn breaks, we reach Stella Point (18,900 ft), where a breathtaking sunrise greets us. Continue to the summit of Uhuru Peak, where a sense of triumph and wonder awaits. After celebrating this remarkable achievement, we begin the descent to Mweka Hut camp, passing through Barafu Camp to have lunch.
