N.B: After you send your booking we will get back to you with in 24 hours.
1. Is the package available during Christmas?
Yes, subject to vehicle and accommodation availability. Christmas is a popular travel period, and luxury lodges may sell out early. Family rooms and preferred properties should be booked several months in advance.
2. Are Christmas meals included?
This depends on the selected accommodation and confirmed meal plan. Some lodges include a Christmas meal, while others charge a compulsory festive supplement. The quotation should state clearly what is included.
3. Will all lodges have decorations and entertainment?
Many properties provide decorations and seasonal hospitality, but programmes vary. One lodge may offer music and a large dinner, while another may provide a quieter meal. Specific entertainment should be confirmed in writing.
4. Are Christmas prices higher?
Many lodges apply peak-season or festive supplements. Family rooms, private vehicles and flights may also be in greater demand. The final price depends on exact dates, accommodation and group size.
5. Can children and grandparents travel together?
Yes. The private itinerary can be adjusted with regular stops and flexible game-drive lengths. Family rooms, ground-floor rooms and dietary needs should be requested early.
6. Can gifts, cakes and room decorations be arranged?
Yes. Cakes, flowers, gifts, room decorations and private meals may be requested in advance. Availability and cost depend on the lodge and location.
7. Is December suitable for safari?
Resident wildlife remains present throughout the year. Rain may affect roads, vegetation and animal distribution but can also create green landscapes and dramatic skies. Wildlife sightings remain natural.
8. Is the Lake Naivasha boat safari guaranteed?
No. The activity depends on whether it is included and whether weather, wind and safety conditions permit operation. An alternative lodge-based activity may be arranged when the boat cannot operate.
9. Can a beach extension be added?
Yes. Diani, Mombasa, Watamu or Zanzibar may be added after the safari. Christmas beach accommodation also fills quickly, so early booking is recommended.
10. What happens if festive traffic causes delays?
The guide will plan early departures and allow reasonable time, but holiday traffic may still create delays. Guests should avoid booking flights too close to the expected Nairobi arrival and should carry suitable travel insurance.
