Enjoy a 7-day premium Ndutu Lodge, Central Serengeti and Ngorongoro Safari with private game drives and upscale accommodation.
Combine extended wildlife viewing with carefully selected accommodation on this 7-Day Premium Ndutu Lodge, Central Serengeti and Ngorongoro Safari. Beginning in Arusha, your private journey travels through the Great Rift Valley and Ngorongoro highlands before reaching Ndutu. An introductory afternoon drive and three complete game-drive days provide time to follow migration herds, search predator territories and explore lakes and woodland without rushing. Your premium lodge or upscale tented camp provides spacious en-suite accommodation, quality dining and attentive service. On Day 5, a final Ndutu safari is followed by the journey to Central Serengeti, where the Seronera Valley and rocky kopjes support resident predators and diverse wildlife. Day 6 continues through Central Serengeti before reaching Ngorongoro, followed by a full crater game drive and return to Arusha.
Your guide will collect you from Arusha after breakfast and travel through Mto wa Mbu and Karatu before entering the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The route introduces changing scenery from the Great Rift Valley to remote migration plains, with comfort and lunch stops arranged along the way. After reaching Ndutu, you will begin your first half-day game drive in search of wildebeest, zebras, gazelles and predators. The private vehicle allows flexible stops and unhurried photography. During the late afternoon, you will arrive at your selected premium lodge or luxury tented camp for welcome refreshments, check-in, dinner and overnight.
After breakfast, you will begin a complete game-drive day across the Ndutu ecosystem. Your guide will select the route according to herd location, rainfall and road conditions. You may explore open plains, seasonal marshes, lake environments and woodland habitats for wildebeest, zebras, cheetahs, lions, hyenas, elephants and giraffes. A premium picnic lunch allows you to remain close to wildlife rather than returning to the lodge during productive hours. The afternoon continues with migration tracking and photography before returning to your premium accommodation for dinner and overnight.
Your second full Ndutu day focuses on predator activity and herd behaviour. The guide may begin early to search for cheetahs, lions and hyenas during cooler conditions, using tracks, alarm calls and prey movement as clues. Extended time allows patient observation instead of rushing between sightings. You may watch predators resting, moving between territories or monitoring nearby herds. A picnic lunch will be served in the field, allowing the safari to remain flexible. The afternoon continues with migration wildlife, birds and photography before returning to your lodge.
Your third full game-drive day introduces broader habitat variety. The guide may explore Lake Ndutu, Lake Masek and woodland areas for elephants, giraffes, waterbirds and browsing species, while the open plains remain important for migration tracking. These environments provide different scenery and photography backgrounds. Lunch arrangements will follow the wildlife plan, with a premium picnic commonly served in the field. During the afternoon, you may revisit a productive herd location or enjoy quieter woodland routes before returning to the lodge for dinner and your final full night in Ndutu.
After breakfast, you will enjoy a half-day Ndutu game drive focused on wildlife not previously encountered or productive locations discovered earlier. Following lunch arrangements, you will begin the journey toward Central Serengeti. The landscape changes from seasonal plains to permanent savannah, river valleys and rocky kopjes. Wildlife may be observed throughout the transfer, including elephants, giraffes, lions and resident antelopes. The drive becomes part of the game-viewing experience rather than a simple transfer. You will arrive at a premium Central Serengeti lodge or luxury tented camp for refreshments, dinner and overnight.
After an early breakfast, you will begin a focused half-day game drive across the Seronera region. River systems, open plains and kopjes support resident lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants and diverse birds. Your guide will choose the route according to current sightings and your interests. After lunch, you will begin travelling toward Ngorongoro through open plains and conservation landscapes, with possible wildlife encounters along the route. You will arrive at a premium lodge near the crater rim or in the Karatu highlands for dinner and overnight.
Your final day begins early as you descend into Ngorongoro Crater for a complete wildlife experience. Grasslands, wetlands, Lerai Forest and Lake Magadi support lions, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, elephants, hippos, hyenas and numerous birds. Your guide will explore different habitats while explaining the crater’s ecology and resident wildlife. A premium picnic lunch will be served at an authorised location. After the full crater game drive, you will ascend and travel through Karatu and Mto wa Mbu toward Arusha. Hotel drop-off during the evening concludes your premium lodge safari.
