Your private driver-guide will collect you and your partner from Nairobi between approximately 6:30 AM and 7:30 AM. After a personal safari briefing, you will travel through the Great Rift Valley, stopping at a scenic viewpoint when conditions and timing permit. The private journey continues through fertile highlands, rural communities and Maasai countryside, with refreshments and comfort stops arranged according to your preferences. After arriving at your luxury lodge or tented camp, you will check in, enjoy lunch and rest before beginning an afternoon game drive. Possible attractions include elephants, giraffes, zebras, antelopes and lions becoming more active as the day cools. After breakfast, you will leave with a picnic lunch for a private full-day wildlife experience. Your guide will personalise the route according to your shared interests, whether you prefer big cats, elephant families, photography, birds or quiet scenic areas. Possible sightings include lion prides, cheetahs, giraffes, buffaloes, wildebeest, zebras, hyenas and numerous birds. Because the vehicle is reserved exclusively for you, you can remain longer at memorable encounters or pause for couple photographs at safe locations. The second full Mara day allows you to experience the reserve at a more relaxed pace instead of attempting to see everything during one long activity. After breakfast, you may choose another full-day picnic safari or divide the day into morning and afternoon game drives when the lodge location permits. Your guide may search for wildlife not previously observed, explore river habitats for hippos and crocodiles or return to a favourite lion or elephant area. An optional hot-air balloon safari may also be arranged separately, subject to availability, weather and additional cost. During the evening, a private sundowner, candlelit dinner or special honeymoon setup may be requested according to the lodge’s facilities.

After an early breakfast, you will begin a private Lake Nakuru game drive lasting approximately three to four hours. Possible attractions include white or black rhinos, Rothschild’s giraffes, buffaloes, baboons, zebras and colourful birds. The woodland and lakeshore scenery create a calm and intimate setting between the more active Maasai Mara and Lake Bogoria experiences. After returning from the drive, you will complete check-out, enjoy lunch and continue toward Lake Bogoria. Possible attractions include geothermal steam, hot springs, mineral formations, birdlife and seasonal flamingo concentrations. The unusual landscape creates distinctive couple-photography opportunities, although guests must follow safety instructions around hot and unstable geothermal areas. After breakfast, your final morning may include a private boat safari lasting approximately one to one and a half hours when included in the confirmed package. The quiet lake environment offers possible sightings of hippos, African fish eagles, pelicans, cormorants and other waterbirds. The experience provides a peaceful final memory before returning to Nairobi. After the boat activity, you will return to the lodge, complete check-out and begin the approximately two-hour drive to Nairobi. Private drop-off can be arranged at your hotel, residence, JKIA or Wilson Airport according to your onward plans.
