Day 2: Manyara/Karatu to Serengeti (Half-Day Game Drive)

We wake up before sunrise for an early morning game drive, catching the predators while they are still active in the cool dawn air. As we climb the steep road to the crater rim, the air becomes cool and fresh, and the vegetation turns lush and green.
