Our destination for the day is MtiMkubwa Camp at 2,750m, where we'll spend the night.

The descent to Barranco Camp provides incredible vistas of the Western Breach and the Barranco Wall. This day is ideal for acclimatization

We start the day with a moderate trek up the Barranco Wall, followed by a fluctuating trail crossing small streams and the Karanga River. After a lunch break at Karanga Camp (3,930m), we continue hiking up a steep ridge to reach Barafu Camp (4,700m). This signifies the completion of the South Circuit and offers different views of the summit. Rest and prepare for the summit attempt.
