Your incredible journey to Mount Kilimanjaro starts with a briefing by our experienced climb managers the day before your trek. On the first day, the guide and the mountain support crew will meet you at the hotel in the morning for another briefing. From there, you'll travel by vehicle to Kilimanjaro National Park's northern entrance, the Nalemuru Gate, located at 2,020 meters above sea level. After obtaining climbing permits and registering with the search and rescue service, the trek to Simba Camp (2,625 m) begins. The route will take you through enchanting coniferous forests on Kilimanjaro's northern slope. It's a moderate trek that offers stunning views and the opportunity to immerse yourself in nature's beauty. The day's trek will last around 6 hours. You'll spend the night at a budget camping site in or near Mt. Kilimanjaro, enjoying a well-deserved dinner.

After an early breakfast at Simba Camp, you'll set off for your second high-altitude camp, Second Cave Camp (3,480 m). This part of the trek is relatively easy and will take approximately 3 hours, leaving you with plenty of time to rest and explore the area upon reaching the camp. After lunch, take a couple of hours to rest before embarking on an acclimatization hike towards Kikilewa Camp (3,630 m) with a 100-meter gain in altitude. You'll then hike back down to Second Cave Camp for the night. Enjoy a fulfilling dinner and a peaceful rest at the camp.

Upon arriving at Kibo Hut, take the opportunity to rest and hydrate in preparation for the night's ascent.

After a successful climb to Uhuru Peak, you can descend to the nearest glacier if desired.
