Day 1: Begin to hike from, Londorossi Gate to Mti Mkubwa

Begin your journey from Londorossi Gate, completing entry formalities before driving to the Lemosho trailhead. The hike takes you through undisturbed rainforest to Mti Mkubwa, or "The Big Tree Camp," where you'll camp for the night.

Day 2: Continue hike from, Mti Mkubwa to Shira 1 Camp

Continue your ascent, leaving the rainforest behind and entering a savannah landscape. Hike through tall grasses, heather, and volcanic rock to reach Shira 1 Camp. Enjoy breathtaking views of Kibo along the way.

Day 3: Shira 1 Camp towards Shira 2 Camp to Moir Hut

Day 4: Moir Hut to Lava Tower, then to Barranco Camp, challenge hike day

Embark on a challenging day, hiking up to the impressive Lava Tower before descending to Barranco Camp. Despite starting and ending at the same altitude, this day is crucial for acclimatization and offers stunning views of the Barranco Wall.

Day 5: Steep hike from, Barranco Camp to Karanga Camp

Begin the day with a descent into a ravine, followed by a steep hike up the Great Barranco Wall. Traverse hills and valleys until reaching Karanga Valley, where Karanga Camp awaits. This day allows for further acclimatization.

Day 6: Karanga Camp hike up to Barafu Camp
