    Today, we hike for 5-6 hours across the moorland, reaching an altitude of 3500m at Shira 1 Camp. We cross the scenic Shira Ridge and camp near a small stream on the Shira Plateau. Dinner and overnight stay at Shira 1 Camp.

    Day 3: Shira camp 1 – Moir Hut

    We have a full day to explore the Shira Plateau. Walking eastwards for 4-6 hours, we make our way towards Kibo's peak, passing through the plateau to reach Shira 2 Camp. From there, we continue through the semi-desert to Moir Hut, where we can enjoy various acclimatization walks. Camping overnight at Moir Hut.

    Day 4: Moir Hut – Barranco camp

    Our hike today takes us from Moir Hut to the Lava Tower for a lunch break. We then proceed to Barranco Camp, following the Western breach. The day's hike at an altitude of around 4000m offers stunning views, including the impressive Barranco Wall. We spend the night at Barranco Camp, where you can witness a memorable sunset.

    After breakfast, we continue our hike until we reach Hein Glacier, and then descend to Karanga Valley. We arrive at Karanga Camp for an evening tea, dinner, and overnight camping at an altitude of 4200m.

    We begin the day with a 3-hour hike through the alpine desert, crossing ridges and valleys until we reach the Mweka route. From there, we follow the ridge for about an hour to reach Barafu Hut at 4645m. At Barafu Camp, we rest and prepare for the summit push the next day. Dinner and overnight stay at Barafu Camp.

    Starting early in the morning, around 2 am, we embark on the 7–8-hour ascent to the summit. We pass through glaciers, scree, and reach Stella Point on the crater rim. From there, it's another hour to Uhuru Peak, the highest point on Mount Kilimanjaro and the African continent. After enjoying the incredible views, we begin the descent, spending 4-6 hours to reach Mweka Hut campsite. We stop at Barafu Camp for lunch along the way. At Mweka Camp, situated in the upper rainforest, we have our last dinner and rest
