Day 1: LONDOROSSI GATE HIKE TO MTI MKUBWA

Depart from Moshi to Londorossi Gate, complete entry formalities, and drive to Lemosho trailhead. Hike through undisturbed rainforest to the first campsite

Destination: Londorossi Gate To Lemosho Gate To Big Tree (Mti Mkubwa) Camp

Day 2: HIKING MTI MKUBWA TO SHIRA ONE

Continue on the trail through tall grasses, heather, and volcanic rock to Shira 1 Camp. Enjoy the first view of Kibo across the plateau.

Destination: Big Tree (Mti Mkubwa) Camp To Shira 1 Camp

Day 3: SHIRA ONE TO MOIR HUT

Explore the Shira Plateau, with the option to visit Moir Hut for acclimatization. The plateau is one of the highest on earth.

Day 4: MOIR HUT HIKING TO BARRACO

Descend into a ravine, hike the Barranco Wall, and cross hills and valleys before reaching Karanga Camp. This is a shorter day for acclimatization.

Day 5: BARRONCO HIKE TO KARANGA

Day 6: KARANGA TO BARAFU

Day 7: HIKING FROM BARAFU CAMP TO MWEKA CAMP

Meals & Drinks: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Drinking water

Day 8: MWEKA CAMP TO MWEKA GATE

Descend to Mweka Gate, collect summit certificates, and continue to Mweka Village. Return to the hotel in Moshi by vehicle.
