Today is the culmination of our journey as we embark on the final ascent to Uhuru Peak, the highest point on Mount Kilimanjaro and the African continent. Beginning at midnight, we navigate steep slopes, scree, and challenging terrain. With determination and the support of our team, we ascend towards the summit. Witness the sunrise from Stella Point (5,745 meters) and continue to Uhuru Peak (5,895 meters), where breathtaking views and a sense of accomplishment await. After capturing memories and celebrating our achievement, we descend to Barafu Camp for brunch. From there, we continue our descent to Mweka Camp, situated at an elevation of 3,100 meters. Rest, dine, and reflect on our remarkable journey.

Upon reaching Mweka Gate, we complete the necessary formalities and collect our well-deserved summit certificates. Our team will be waiting to transport us back to Moshi, where a hot shower and celebration await.
