Our guide will meet you at JKIA or your Nairobi hotel between 6:30 and 7:00 a.m. Begin the private 255–300 km journey through the Great Rift Valley and Narok. Driving requires 5½–7 hours excluding lunch, traffic and comfortable stops, with the final distance depending on your Maasai Mara lodge and entry gate.

First Mara Sunset

Arrive for lunch and settle into your premium honeymoon accommodation. Begin an afternoon game drive around 3:30 p.m., exploring golden grasslands while watching for elephants, giraffes, zebras, antelopes and predators. Return around sunset for dinner. Room decoration, sparkling wine or a private table will be arranged only when confirmed in your honeymoon package.

Savannah Morning Together

After breakfast around 6:00 a.m., depart between 6:30 and 7:00 a.m. Your private safari explores riverine vegetation, seasonal waterways and open plains. Possible sightings include lions, cheetahs, elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras and hyenas, although no animal encounter can be promised.

Romantic Mara Afternoon

Enjoy a picnic lunch at an authorized location between 12:30 and 1:30 p.m. Continue with a relaxed afternoon game drive, allowing time for photographs and shared moments rather than rushing between sightings. Return between 5:30 and 6:00 p.m. A private dinner or sundowner experience may be requested, subject to weather, lodge facilities and written confirmation.

Unhurried Mara Exploration

Depart around 6:30 a.m. after breakfast or with a prepared meal. A second full day creates time to explore a different section of the reserve according to wildlife movement and road conditions. Follow approved tracks through open savannah and riverine areas while searching for predators, elephants, herbivore herds and colourful birds.

Optional Honeymoon Experience

Lunch is enjoyed in the reserve around 1:00 p.m. Couples may add a balloon safari, professional photography session or carefully arranged celebration meal at additional cost. Balloon flights depend on weather and operator availability. Continue wildlife viewing before returning around 6:00 p.m. for dinner and a peaceful final evening in Maasai Mara.

Drive 230–270 km through Narok and Mau Narok, taking 5–6½ hours excluding lunch and road conditions. Arrive in the Lake Nakuru area during the late afternoon and settle into your premium room or suite. Relax before dinner, enjoy the lodge environment and prepare for the following morning’s wildlife experience.

Lake Nakuru Wildlife Drive

Enter the park around 6:30 a.m. and search its woodland, grassland and lakeshore habitats for rhinos, buffaloes, Rothschild’s giraffes, antelopes, baboons and birds. Flamingos may be present, but numbers change with regional feeding conditions and lake levels.

Romantic Naivasha Stay

After breakfast or brunch, travel 75–100 km to Lake Naivasha, requiring 1½–2½ hours. Check into your premium lakeside accommodation and enjoy a relaxed afternoon. A private boat excursion or sunset experience may be arranged through an approved operator. Guests must avoid unprotected shorelines after dark because hippos can enter unfenced properties.

Peaceful Lake Experience

Journey toward Kilimanjaro

Check out and drive 310–360 km through Mai Mahiu, Nairobi’s outskirts and Emali. The journey takes 6–8 hours excluding lunch, traffic and comfort stops. Arrive in Amboseli during the late afternoon and settle into your premium honeymoon accommodation. Enjoy dinner and rest unless sufficient daylight remains for an optional short drive.

Leave between 6:15 and 6:30 a.m. following an early breakfast arrangement. Clear conditions may reveal Mount Kilimanjaro, although cloud cover is unpredictable. Explore Amboseli’s wetlands, woodland and plains while searching for elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, predators and birds.

Romantic Safari Finale

Lunch is served between 12:30 and 1:30 p.m. Continue the afternoon safari or return for a confirmed honeymoon experience at your lodge. A private dinner, cake, sundowner or room decoration must be booked in advance. Return from the park by approximately 6:00 p.m. for your final romantic evening in the Kenyan wilderness.

Drive 200–240 km through Emali to Nairobi, taking 4–5½ hours excluding lunch and traffic. Your private drop-off can be arranged at JKIA, Wilson Airport or a confirmed Nairobi hotel. Late-evening flights or an additional Nairobi night provide safer timing after the road transfer.
