Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park Manyara or Karatu
After breakfast, you drive to Tarangire National Park, famous for its massive baobab trees and elephant herds. You will spend the day viewing wildlife along the Tarangire River. The travel distance is 150 kilometers and takes about 3 hours. A surprising moment occurs when you spot a large family of elephants bathing in the river mud.
