You will arrive around lunchtime and check into your premium Samburu lodge or luxury camp. Festive decorations or activities may be available according to the property’s programme. A short evening safari may be completed when arrival time permits.

Christmas-Season Wildlife Drive
At around 6:00 AM, you will begin a safari in search of rare northern wildlife, elephants and possible predators. Our guide will explore dry plains and riverine habitats while maintaining a comfortable pace. Wildlife sightings remain natural.

Holiday Afternoon Experience
After breakfast, lunch and a midday break, you will return for an afternoon game drive. The evening safari continues until around 6:30 PM. You will then return for dinner and any confirmed festive entertainment.

At approximately 6:00 AM, you will enter Lake Nakuru National Park for a morning wildlife drive. Our guide will search for rhinos, giraffes, buffaloes, birds and possible predators. Flamingo abundance varies naturally.

Journey to the Festive Mara
After breakfast and check-out, you will travel toward the Maasai Mara. Lunch or refreshments will be arranged during the transfer. You will arrive during the late afternoon and enjoy dinner at your premium camp or lodge.

Festive Morning Wildlife Search
At around 6:00 AM, you will begin a full-day game drive across the Maasai Mara. The guide will search for lions, elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest and possible cheetahs. The route depends on natural wildlife movement.

Christmas Picnic and Afternoon Drive
A packed picnic lunch will be served at approximately 12:30 PM. The afternoon safari continues until around 5:30 PM before returning to the lodge. A festive dinner or entertainment programme may follow when included.

After breakfast, lunch and a midday rest, you will return for an afternoon safari. The guide may explore wetland edges and open plains until around 6:00 PM. A special festive dinner may follow when confirmed by the lodge.
