Explore Kenya on a 9-day premium road safari through Samburu, Lake Nakuru, Maasai Mara, Lake Naivasha and Amboseli.
Our 9-Day Premium Kenya Cross-Country Wildlife Road Safari is designed for travellers who want to experience Kenya’s changing landscapes while travelling entirely by private safari vehicle. The journey begins in Nairobi and continues north to Samburu, where dry bushland, riverine habitats and rare northern wildlife create a distinctive introduction. You will then travel through the central highlands to Lake Nakuru for rhinos, Rothschild’s giraffes and lakeshore birdlife before continuing to the predator-rich plains of the Maasai Mara. Lake Naivasha provides a peaceful freshwater break with optional boating, birdwatching or a guided nature walk. The safari concludes in Amboseli, where elephant families, wetlands and possible Mount Kilimanjaro views provide a memorable ending. Premium accommodation, private transportation and carefully organised meal and comfort stops make the long road journey comfortable and rewarding.

The Booking Form
Explore Kenya on a 9-day premium road safari through Samburu, Lake Nakuru, Maasai Mara, Lake Naivasha and Amboseli.
N.B: After you send your booking we will get back to you with in 24 hours.
1. Why choose a road safari instead of flying?
A road safari allows you to observe the changing landscapes, towns and rural areas between the reserves. It also keeps the same private vehicle and driver-guide throughout the journey. This arrangement can make luggage handling and communication easier. Several transfers are long, so travellers should be comfortable spending substantial time on the road. Suitable meal and comfort stops will be included.
2. Is the vehicle private throughout the journey?
Yes, the road transfers and game drives are planned with a private safari vehicle unless your confirmation states otherwise. You will not share the vehicle with unrelated travellers. The private arrangement allows reasonable adjustments to comfort stops and wildlife-viewing time. Park regulations and lodge schedules must still be respected. Your guide will explain each day’s departure and arrival plan.
3. Are all park entrance fees included?
Park fees are included only when they appear clearly in the confirmed quotation. The final package should specify accommodation, meals, entrance fees and selected activities. Optional cultural visits, boat rides or nature walks may be charged separately. Fees can vary according to nationality, residency and travel season. Review the final inclusions before making payment.
4. Are wildlife sightings guaranteed?
No wildlife sighting can be guaranteed because the animals move naturally. The guide will search suitable habitats and use local knowledge responsibly. Some species may be easier to locate in certain reserves than others. Weather, vegetation, water and road access influence every game drive. Travellers should enjoy the complete journey rather than expect a guaranteed checklist.
5. Can the itinerary be extended?
Yes, additional nights may be added in Samburu, the Maasai Mara or Amboseli. Lake Baringo, Ol Pejeta, Tsavo or a coastal destination may also be included. A slower itinerary is useful for travellers who prefer shorter daily transfers. Additional days will affect accommodation, park fees and transport costs. Route changes should be completed before reservations are confirmed
