Private Festive Departure
At approximately 5:30 AM, our guide will collect you from your Nairobi accommodation. Luggage will be arranged securely before beginning the journey north. Breakfast, refreshments and suitable comfort stops will be included.

You will arrive around lunchtime and check into your premium lodge or luxury camp. Staff will explain any confirmed New Year programme available at the property. A short evening safari may be completed when arrival time permits.

First Wildlife Drive of the Celebration
At around 6:00 AM, you will begin a game drive through Samburu’s dry plains and river habitats. Our guide will search for rare northern animals, elephants, birds and possible predators. Wildlife remains natural and cannot be guaranteed.

Festive Afternoon Exploration
After breakfast, lunch and a midday break, you will return for an afternoon safari at approximately 3:30 PM. The guide will explore a different wildlife area until around 6:30 PM. Dinner and any confirmed celebration follow at the lodge.

New Year Road Journey

After breakfast and check-out, you will leave Samburu and travel toward Lake Nakuru. Holiday traffic, meal stops and road conditions may influence the final arrival time. Your guide will manage the transfer carefully.

Premium Rift Valley Retreat
You will arrive during the afternoon and check into your premium accommodation. The remaining hours provide time to relax and enjoy the property. A special dinner or New Year activity may be included when confirmed.

New Year Rhino Experience
At approximately 6:00 AM, you will enter Lake Nakuru National Park. The guide will search for rhinos, giraffes, buffaloes, birds and possible predators. Flamingo numbers depend on natural lake conditions.

Journey to the Mara Plains
After breakfast and check-out, you will travel toward the Maasai Mara. Lunch or refreshments will be arranged during the transfer. Arrival is expected during the late afternoon at your premium lodge or camp.

Sunrise Predator Search
At around 6:00 AM, you will begin a full-day game drive across the Maasai Mara. Our guide will search for lions, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras and wildebeest. Hunting behaviour and specific sightings cannot be guaranteed.

New Year Picnic and Afternoon Wildlife
A packed lunch will be served at approximately 12:30 PM inside the reserve. The afternoon drive continues until around 5:30 PM. You will return for dinner and any confirmed lodge celebration.

Final Mara Morning
A short early safari may be completed before breakfast when the programme permits. The guide will search for a memorable final Mara encounter. You will then return for breakfast and check-out.

You will travel through the Great Rift Valley and arrive at Lake Naivasha during the afternoon. After checking into your premium lodge, you can relax and enjoy the freshwater scenery. Dinner follows at the property.

New Year Lakeside Activity
At around 7:00 AM, you may enjoy a confirmed boat safari, birdwatching session or Crescent Island walk. Possible sightings include fish eagles, pelicans, giraffes, zebras and antelopes. Boating depends on safe weather and water conditions.

Journey to Amboseli
After breakfast and check-out, you will begin the long transfer toward Amboseli. Lunch, refreshments and comfort stops will be included. Arrival is expected during the late afternoon or early evening.

At approximately 6:00 AM, you will begin a wildlife drive through Amboseli’s open plains and wetlands. The guide will search for elephant families, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, predators and birds. Mount Kilimanjaro may appear when cloud conditions allow.

Afternoon Wildlife Celebration
After breakfast, lunch and a midday lodge break, you will return for an afternoon safari at around 3:30 PM. The guide may explore wetlands and elephant routes until around 6:00 PM. A festive dinner may follow when included.
